The hotel is blessed with a wonderful location nestled by the picturesque Rhine River. Guests were treated to magnificent views of the tour boats and massive cargo containers plying the river. the spacious riverside terrace provided an ideal place to take in the stunning scenery and relish meals. the breakfast offerings were delightful, and the rustic rooms were charming with comfortable beds.
We have to admit that the staff members were not attentive enough to guests who were overwhelmed during the stay.

New year, beautiful view of the river, breakfast Spent my new year at this hotel and enjoyed the beautiful view of the river from my room. Breakfast was amazing and there were plenty of choices. One more advantage is the spacious patio with a riverside view which was perfect for enjoying the new year festivities.
Uncomfortable bedding, lack of elevator, noise Unfortunately, the bedding was uncomfortable and made it difficult to sleep. there was no option to use an elevator, and carrying large bags up and down stairs made the stay challenging.

Wonderful location overlooking the Rhine River. Clean and comfortable rooms. Peaceful atmosphere for relaxation. Excellent breakfast choices. Superb lunch and dinner on the terrace. Great food and good value for money. Ample parking available. Close proximity to Dusseldorf and Cologne.

Celebrating New Year at this hotel was a great experience. The access to the Rhine river is a plus, as we enjoyed a relaxing stroll along its banks. The breakfast spread was amazing and selections were freshly prepared. The rustic charm of the rooms only added to the cozy feel of the hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly, making us feel so welcome.
Although we enjoyed our stay, the pillows provided were not comfortable, and the bed sheets were quite rough. It would have been better if there were other options available for pillows. Also, some parts of the hotel need improvement with cleanliness. we had a great time and would recommend it to others.
